Terms of Use – Introduction
These general sale conditions govern the sale of products sold by PMP Advertising Srl (with registered office in Via Milano, 35 - 25123 Brescia - Italy).
All contracts for the sale of PMP Advertising Srl products to its customers through the site www.personalshoes.it (from now on "E-Commerce Site") are governed by these General Terms, which are an integral and essential part of every order and order confirmation of Products purchase.
The sale conditions, which are applicable to each purchase order, are those in force at the same date of the order.
Sizes and measures
Thanks to the schematic table, the choice of the shoe model and size should be facilitated.
To order the shoes of the right size, please consult the table below which will help you to find the exact shoe size that fits your needs.
If you are not sure that your shoe number matches the footwear sizes listed below, please measure with a ruler the length of your foot in centimetres: you will find a match in our comparison table.
Once you find your size, you can easily order your shoes.

Purchase
To buy something, you have to put the items you want to purchase in your cart. You need to click on the shoe category you’d like to buy (FLAGSHOES, TEAMSHOES, Mod. 150, Mod. 200), select quantity and size of the shoes. (We remind you that our shoes fit like a classic shoes, non like a tennis shoe. To be sure check our table).
Clicking on “Add to shopping cart” you will add the product to your purchased order: once you’ve added all the desired products, click on the “Buy” button, in this way an order recap will appear on your screen. If everything is correct, click on the “Forward” button.
Shipping costs will be calculated after you select your country.
For shipments inside Italy there isn’t any additional cost, while delivery costs change, from country to country, for abroad shippings and they are charged on each pair of shoes that you order. If your country doesn’t appear in the list, please contact PMP Advertising Srl.
When your shopping cart will contain all the products you would like to buy, click on the button “Continue” to specify the billing and shipping data and the payment method desired.
Payment methods
You can choose among three payment methods:

By Credit Card
Now we accept VISA, Mastercard and Maestro.

By Money Transfer
When you have concluded your order, you will receive an email with all the information you’ll need to proceed with the payment.
The money transfer will have to be made on the current account in this name:

Cash on delivery (Only for Italy)
Those who choose to pay through cash on delivery will pay a surcharge of 11€ for each pair of shoes purchased.

PayPal (and other Credit Cards)
Once you choose to pay with PayPal and you have confirmed your order, you will accede to the PayPal panel where you will be able to enter your account and pay. Also without a PayPal account, this system allows you to pay with credit cards. If you pay through PayPal, at the end of the procedure you will be automatically redirect to the website www.personalshoes.it.
If you pay with Credit cards, you will have to click on the button “BACK TO WEBSITE” to be redirect to www.personalshoes.it and complete successfully the transaction (if you won’t do it the order won’t be registered).
In both cases you will receive an email notification when the transaction is successfully concluded.
Shipping
The purchase, shipped by a professional express courier, is delivered in 15/20 working days after payment confirmation trough email or fax for payments made by credit card and after verification of accreditation on our account for money transfer.
Conditions for restitution
No return is allowed. Every purchase is considered definitive.
Only exception: returns are allowed only for Flagshoes model and only when the problem is the wrong number.
Once you confirm your order, it’s no longer possible to change the model of the shoe.
